I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaplan (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
The interview was done in two parts. The first part is a group interview, which I am guessing is to filter people out. The second was a one-on-one interview. The employees at the center were very nice and personable. In both interviews, they ask the applicants to teach a "mini-lesson." This is not too difficult, as the topics are usually elementary school level.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaplan (London, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Bit rushed and unprofessional, then added a 2nd round interview after a month of radio silence. No-one involved in any of the interviews seemed like they could be bothered with it.
