Interview
Telephone screen interview with HR, then a secondary phone interview with the hiring manager. At that time, there is a wait to decide whether to proceed. Once selected, asked to come in person to the office and interview with the hiring manager. Then, they got back to me to interview with additional people on an additional day.
It was spread out over a very long time so it seemed very slow. Also, you weren't sure of how far you were progressing in the process or where in the process you were.

took 2 weeks, after submitted resume online.. Questions regarding how you deal with difficult
situations.. Overall all, easy questions. I talked to 5 interviewers, they all asked the same types
of questions.

The interview process was average. There are lots of divisions at Kaplan one doesn't speak to the other. They don't communicate well across the company, so new employees aren't received well in some cases.
