Kaplan Executive - Sales Support interview questions

First round of interview was with the senior support staff went really well. However, the second round of interview was with the manager and she was downright discriminative. She was concerned over the fact that I have young kids and how I'm going to manage working from home. The manager first asked the ages of my children and she seemed bothered that they are still young. She also asked for more that 3 times "How are you going to handle working from home when you have young kids?". Despite repeatedly telling her that my kids are in full day childcare, she doesn't seemed pleased. While there and then I have already decided that I am certainly not going to work with such a biased and discriminative manager, the company also did not take the initiative to inform me on the outcome after the interview despite being told by the manager that I would receive an update from them the following week.
