Regarding our Hiring Manager being "deceiving," we prefer to think of them as thorough and thoughtful, though we understand that an affirmative tone may have set different expectations. It’s worth noting that while we strive to give feedback where possible, we aren't always in a position to offer the bandwidth to provide detailed reasons after every interview or assignment, given the volume of candidates.
