Based on this experience, it appeared that multiple candidates may have been engaged in parallel, potentially with varying salary discussions, and the process lacked transparency and professional ethics. Candidates should be cautious, insist on written confirmation, and avoid making commitments based solely on verbal assurances, especially when dealing with processes that do not demonstrate basic professional ethics.
