Karo Pharma interview questions

I spoke to HR that was based in Austria by phone, I passed it, then I had the job interview with the manager of the role based here in Spain. They were professionals and correct on job interview.

I had an interview with HR who informed me the interview process was an interview with the team lead and then the VP. I actually had 4 interviews in total (team lead, 2 manager's, then with the local person) I was told via email by HR that an offer was being put together and I was asked to provide a reference for someone I worked with. This was provided but not taken up. I contacted my agency who informed me that Karo had gone with someone else despite telling me that an offer was being put together. Well I guess that offer wasn't for me then! This is why I have walked away with a negative experience. The people I spoke to were nice BUT I feel like the whole elongated process just wasted my time. Furthermore there was no explanation or feedback as to why my application was unsuccessful.
