Interview
I noticed that the position was hiring, and submitted both through the job board AND emails my resume straight to their HR department. After a few weeks, I got an email from the hiring manager inviting me to submit an editorial test. A week following, I was invited for an in-person interview with that manager, and then for a second interview with the whole team.

Interview
No formal interview was given with the exception of a brief phone interview with Sebastian the CEO. After the phone interview I was asked to come and work 2-3 days to get a feel for the work flow of the studio. No questions were asked when I came in to work. I was simply shown what needed to be shot, given a brief review of how they do things and pointed in the direction of the equipment.
