      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaynes (Mānesar) in Jan 2014

      Interview

      Interview is taken by VP-Operations and HR, there are two rounds(HR & Technical) First round is HR round followed by technical round, they have interview evaluation criteria checklist There are marks for each checkpoint, we have to qualify the criteria for the hiring process.
