Interview
The hiring process is a complete waste of time. They seem to send everyone a pretty easy cognitive assessment before reviewing their resumes fully. After completing the assessment I received a generic rejection email. If my qualifications were not a good fit for the company then why send an assessment thats not even a technical one.
A initial screen call from HR followed by an easy technical interview. Nothing specifically challenging about it, but I never heard from them ever again after interviewing with two different people from their company. I didn't just apply randomly and not get a response - I was notified 'Hey, we found a different candidate' or 'We are moving on with others'. Just ridiculous that companies don't do that these days... especially an HR company.

Very fast paced. The team reaches out early and often if they are interested in you. Very friendly and up front about their needs and what they are looking for.
