I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaztronix (Arlington, VA) in May 2018
Interview
I did 3 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. They all seemed to go pretty well in my opinion. After all, was done, I was told that I would hear back the following week *around mid-week*. Midweek had passed, I waited until 4 pm Friday to send an email. I was told that there is still very much an interest with me. They just have to figure out "salary bands". He would contact me on Monday... which was in three days from the email, he sent out. I waited around on Monday... No response... I waited until Friday. I emailed asked if the interest was still there. He quickly responded, "Yes, sorry I was in Philadelphia. I will contact you on Monday (Three days from the day he sent the email). Monday comes around, no response again. I emailed him again... he said "sorry I had to go to DENVER..." Come on man seriously!!! If you can't do what you say you are going to do ... or have NO further interest... Just say so!! I feel like someone fell asleep or was drunk during ETHICS class in College.

"Would you rather be a little fish in a big pond or a big fish in a little pond?"
Phone interview, then in-person interview. Very informative about the company's structure. The people conducting the interview are very friendly and easy to get along with. They make sure that you feel comfortable in the interview so you and they can get the most out of it
