Pretty easy, short behavioral questions about my resume. One phone screen for 30 minutes then an interview for about 30 minutes where I went over my projects on my resume.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kearfott (Pine Brook, NJ) in Jan 2025

They sent an email asking for a phone call interview, and I was questioned by a former intern who is now working full time for them. They just asked questions about my resume and general behavioral questions.
