They wanted a dialogue based interview but I believe you may not get what you really want from an interviewee when your not asking questions....I have the experience and knowledge, very professional, but I think I was interviewed by mistake, they were looking for bilingual candidates, interviewer stated had one open position for English only position, but was looking for the right fit as far as the culture of the company.
