Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Silver Spring, MD) in Mar 2008
Interview
Interview process was pretty painless, as I already had an "in" through another agent. The "hiring" process was good, too, and training was very good. They really do care about their agents at Keller Williams. Although I'm not there now, I'd still recommend it to anyone who is either getting in the business, or has been in it for years.
