I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Frederick, MD) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had to take a personality test before the interview process started. Once the interview process started I was never told about benefits or anything specific about the job. The first interview went through the entire personality test and I had to rate how accurate the assessment was for each question. The next meeting was a continuation of that. The next meeting was to go through every job I’ve ever had telling the starting and finishing pay, what I did, what were the highlights and low lights and what I learned from each position. The next meeting reviewed all of the previous meetings. I gave three references to call and those references were asked who they knew who also knew me to give an additional reference. It was like a pyramid scheme of references. I to spent weeks going through this process and spending about 20 hours meeting with the interviewer to then receive a hand written note in the mail that they had chosen someone else.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
I had an initial 15 minute call, followed up with a 40 minute personality assessment. Then I had a 2.5 hour interview going over my assessment. After the interview, they told me they would let me know "Friday". I haven't heard anything back in over three weeks. I called, texted, and emailed.

Interview
Had four virtual interviews over the course of a month and then completely was ghosted. No response from the employment agency they were using. A few weeks later saw the job posted again. No decency to reply or give a courteous thanks but no thanks.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Atlanta, GA) in May 2022
Interview
Multiple zoom calls and timed assessments with a third party recruiting company - initially with just the recruiting firm and then with the employer added onto the calls. They did not reach out & I followed up after a week to hear that they had moved forward with another candidate. Overall, not horrible. I did enjoy my calls with them, the interview process was just very lengthy.
