It was a longer than normal process, but it’s understandable as they want to be sure they hire the right candidate. You learn about the company, the specific market center, as well as yourself. I had 1 phone interview and then 3 in person interviews.

It’s quite a long process of 5 steps. I had 2 assessments, one personality assessment and second accounting test. After that 5 interviews with different team members, out of which last one was group interview.
