Interview
After submitting my resume, I was contacted fairly quickly by the hiring manager at KW and set up an in person interview very quickly. The on boarding process was explained in detail, from training/education to commission splits and next steps.

What are you looking for in your place of employment?
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
