KWRI prides itself on its very lengthy interview process known as the KPA. Candidates complete a timed assessment (make sure you have your iPhone out to track your progress), followed by an interview with the hiring manager to review your answers one by one and an interview with the entire team. Then, the company calls all of your references and ask each of those references to provide more references. It's a laborious process designed to find the perfect fit for the role and company.

They have you take a personality test before deciding whether you're a fit for the position between your first interview and your in-person interview. It wasn't difficult, but it was an additional layer that I didn't feel was completely necessary.
