I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Sept 2012
Interview
Asked very simple questions, very informal. They reviewed the company culture to make sure you fit in to their culture. The interview lasted about 75 minutes. I had to do a personality test. More of an information session than an interview.
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Orange Park, FL) in Sept 2025
Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
