Unlike traditional employment, brokerages typically seek new and/or seasoned agents to join their brokerage. Instead of a traditional interview, KW is interested in getting to know more about your business plan. If there is a mutual fit, agents are invited to join for a monthly fee.

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
