Quick process, 1 phone interview with HR, 2 in person interviews with VP's and Directors. The interview went fairly well, in fact i truly thought i was a top candidate and offered the skills and experience needed for the position. After the last interview i was notified a week after that i would not continue in the process. Sad to say but it did look like the position was up in the air and not even the hiring managers knew what the role would entail in full detail.
