There are three phases interview, one with staff, two phases are technical questions. During the second and third phase, you have to answer questions in English and targeted language. It's not difficult.

Easy more focusing on customer service experience. They also ask you if you have any translation experience but not necessary. Interviewer was nice but their supervisor was kinda mean -- she is cold and ignorant and only care about what she says and keeps asking you "any questions about that"
