It was quick and yet to the point and they explained well what my process would entail. The testing was easy and direct as was the training received and explanation of company expectarions.

Interview
Even though I told them I was looking for a receptionist type of a position, I was informed they didn't have any positions like that at the time and I was being interviewed for factory work. While I needed a job I did the interview and got the job. After getting the job I could see why the turn over rate was so large.
