The application process was very streamlined and straightforward. Duribg the questionnaire portion it told you many of the details such as the pay, hours, and start date. After the questionnaire you take a skills test to ensure you will succeed in a sales position. The following day I received an email to set up a phone interview; this did take about 3 days to complete because the schedule was always full but not too bad. Right after the phone interview the rep asked if I was available for a Facetime or skype interview that same day; I was so I completed signed up for a few hours later. Once the second interview was done I was told to expect an email in 24 to 48 hours but they ended up calling back and offering a conditional employment about 30 mins later. I proceeded to fill out the paperwork for my background check and I9 information. This was the only portion of the process Ibwas not a fan of, mainly because there was a long waiting process. I turned in my paperwork 2 weeks before the position started and ended up having to call them 3 days before the start date to ensure everything was ok since I had not heard back. It was not until this phone call that I received my official offer.
