Started with recruiter screening call to assess interest. Then interview with the reporting manager to assess the fit. If qualified, second interview with the regional manager to assess the fit.
Interviewed for a TA role with Kelly for a client in Dublin, Ireland. Did three round and met 4 members of the team. Finished the process on Tuesday, on Thursday they collected my personal information to "move me to the next step in the process". Then didn't here back for over a week for them to tell me the role is no longer there. Absolutely ridiculous to have someone go through all of this to just find out the role is gone. For being a TA specialist company this is an abysmal way to handle the recruitment process. I would not recommend interviewing here.
Not difficult. No technical questions. It was pleasant and not stressful. Had 2 rounds, one with HR one with manager. The whole process went quick, and HR was efficient. Anyway, just be well presented and you are all good and set.
