The interview process was very traditional and straightforward. The interview was very simple. Standard “tell me a time when” STAR method types of questions. Questions were the same questions you’d be asked going for any other adjuster role with a different company.
It was smooth and quick. The vp seemed knowledgeable and he emphasized how he wanted the interview to be more of a conversation rather than an interview. He had clear and considerate answers to my questions at the end
It was a zoom interview. It was scheduled in advance. Standard behavioral interview questions. Not much else to write. This app is requiring me to write a thirty word min but there is not much more to say.
