Got the interview through my recruiter. First interview was with HR and Team Leader via Zoom.
No second round interview and did not get to meet the partners. The decision was quick and efficient.

Q: Tell me about your current role.
Q. What skills do you have that can bring to the team.
It was a Streamlined process, based in a private and quiet location. I was made to feel at ease with a warm welcome and professional approach. Overall a good experience.
Quick and painful. There was a certain amount of small talk followed by lovely tea. I enjoyed the view from the office window as we chattered away one beautiful summer's day.

Initial Interview was via telephone with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Second Interview is in person, at location, with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Third Interview was with the Partners, via Zoom (Pandemic).
