Kenneth Copeland Ministries interview questions

Multi-layered with several interviewers that seemed to ask the same questions. A panel interview would have been preferable and much more expedient. The final interview was very professional and I appreciated the opportunity to ask all the questions I prepared and received thoughtful and complete responses to help with my decision.

I applied 6/2019. The recruiter informed me that I could not be a social media manager because I was not a member of the church. I went ahead with the interview process with the social media strategist. I had to create a mock campaign presentation for one of their events. The recruiter contacted me a week later asking me if I had been contacted by hiring manager. I had not and then the recruiter told me I should come by one of their service, which was not possible because I’m 100 miles away. Then the recruiter began pushing that I needed to think about becoming a member. I haven’t heard from them since.
