You will interview with the Supervisor of the Communications Department and the Human Resources Business Partner. There's a list of questions surrounding your strengths and weaknesses; successes and failures; how you manage time and interactions with fellow office collegues; and what your dream job would be amongst other questions. Once this part is done, if the supervisor wants to hire you, your resume is passed to the Executive Team which makes the final decision on hiring. When they decide, HR will call you back with a yes or no concerning whether or not you received the job.
