I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kenra Professional (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I suppose I am lucky that I was rejected within a week so not drawn out over 30-45 days. I should have, although acknowledged the previous bad responses and not even bothered again.
1st phone interview with HR in IN. I followed up a week later only to be ask for a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, i.e. Senior Regional Manager the next morning at 8 am. I prepared all evening and thought I nailed it with the very young sounding, 2 year tenured SRM. Guess I did not. This is my 3rd rejection from them over the last 8 years. I am done with Kenra. Believe what you read here.

Interview
very long process 2-3 months long. Had to hound them for interviews. 5 phone interviews with same questions. Nice employees, but didn't get a genuine vibe. Very disorganized. 30 questionnaire asking same questions but in different context. IQ test was discouraging, questions that were impossible to answer. Almost take themselves too serious for a mediocre position.

Interview
Almost 2 months total - online personality/IQ assessments, written essay, phone interviews. As I was keeping friends and family posted on my interviewing status, a few commented how long and drawn out they thought it was. It was definitely thorough!
