The Interview Process was very engaging, the Interviewer was friendly and professional. I have been asked questions about my professional experience, different job-related scenarios and various customer and Team situations as well
Received a preliminary call request. Sent me info on what to expect. Share your travel experience, high-touch service background, how you handle sales. You will be asked to drop a sample itinerary, but you don't get a choice of place. I had researched this in advance and had Thailand in my mind. I feel that was not a proper way to assess a candidate. Also moved very fast.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to a phone interview. Before my phone interview I had to take a personality test and a timed IQ test. Spoke with a recruiter from an outside company hired by Kensington. She seemed to know a lot about what was required of the role but also seemed like she was in a rush to get to the next candidate.
