It was a three step process, the first step was in the main office. The hiring manager did a basic interview. If everything checked out, the applicant is sent to the plant they will possibly be working at, to take a slight tour of that location, and be asked further questions by the shift supervisor. If everything went well at the location, the applicant would then return to the main office, to finish the hiring process, and take a drug test. If passed, they would be told to report to work in two days, and what time they would need to be in for orientation.
