Brief. I was asked to introduce myself and talk about what I do. More an introduction than an interview. I asked to email a reference sheet, which I did. My reference said they were only asked if I was a quick learner, when they said I was, I was offered the job.

I handed my resume and two days later got a call and had a little phone call interview. It was pretty basic questions to get to know you a little better.
