Had an initial phone interview followed by an interview at the site. At the site interview, I met with human resources, the global business finance director and the plant commercial manager.

Interview
The interview itself was conducted over the phone (May 2021), and was rather lengthy. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the interviewer but the variance in questions was severely lacking. While I feel that I was able to convey my skills and qualifications, I had a multitude of questions for the interviewer regarding the job, culture, etc. and only received a satisfactory answer after I pushed for it. At that point, I was no longer interested.

Interview
I joined the AC process. They asked me some basic questions for example, behavioal question, strength questions and so on. We were ask to prepare the presentation. I really help to prepare the next AC well. By the way, kerry food is a good company with nice people.
