The interview process started with an online technical round, where problem-solving and coding questions were asked. The second round was theoretical, focusing on concepts, understanding, and discussion of projects or technologies.

Slick branding, but an amateur process from what looks like a professional company. They’ll invite you to a first interview to talk through ‘CV, projects and experience’ and then proceed to ambush you with a shed load of competency based scored questions. None of this or the subject matter in question will be provided beforehand. You’ll also be allowed barely any time to elaborate and state your case effectively, neither will you have time to establish any sort of rapport with the panel. They’ll then talk up the importance of feedback and proceed to send you a copy and pasted rejection email 1 hour after the interview.
