      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kett Engineering in Feb 2017

      Interview

Submitted an online application, then performed a telephone interview that discussed my resume and previous work history. Was then told during this phone call, that I would be sent for an in person interview at the work location. I then met with an HR representative who further explained the job requirements. Was then required to do a driving test, that evaluated my ability to drive a vehicle in a safe manner.

      Question 1

Pretty straight forward interview getting to know the candidate. No ridiculous scenario questions. (Tell me about a time.......................)

None, can you drive a stick shift. Pass driving test. Drive... Drive... Drive Drive, and more Driving. How about safety? Can you change a tire. Drive and more driving, and then more driving. Can you drive a stick shift. Safety.. we value safety, but that is joke. Your helmet will protect you from a crash and fire. I don't think so? Just keep driving through the storm. Who cares if your car is going sideways at 140 mph, just keep driving. Drive and Drive and more driving and just hope you make the miles? VW in Germany is Union, but in Arizona it is a slave market. You are paid nothing to risk your life on a daily basis. Really Germany, is this how you feel about Americans. Cheap Fodder for the Storm? Bad language? Where? Remove it how. I don't see it?
