Had 3 interviews total. Phone, branch manager, and operations leader.phone was quick 20-30 min interview both in person ones were 1hr each. You will have fingerprints and drug test ,of course, as well.

Pretty standard recruiter interview followed by in person.
In person looks for body language, confidence, conversation skills. We will be treated well unlike Wells Fargo. I had a panel interview me. They do ask about existing offers. We have to be honest.
