I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2012
Interview
After completing the online application there was a Virtual Teller Tryout. Received phone screen from HR the next week. Interviewed two days later. The interview took place with the Relationship Manager as well as a Regional Manager. Interview questions were basic. Interviewers were trying to get a sense as to whether or not you could sell different services to clients. Accepted job the next day.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KeyBank (Portland, OR) in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruiter did not sound interested throughout the whole interview and asked borderline offensive questions. A little background: I was unemployed for a while due to layoffs. I guess the recruiter did not like the fact that there were gaps in my work history and asked me if I am still unemployed? How would I support myself financially if I weren't employed? What am I trying to get out of being a teller? Is this really appropriate for a phone screening? I got a rejection a week after the phone interview.
