Uncoordinated Joke - Communication skills were amateurish and there was no clear path as to what the bank wanted. Sales pitch was terrible and self defeating. Lack of direction and typical bank rhetoric.
Typical interview process spanning multiple rounds. Everyone was friendly and everything seemed normal until I was ghosted. Reached out for updates multiple times and the recruiter straight up told me to contact someone else for an update? I'm sorry isn't that your job?
I had one full day of interviews. Met with multiple people. Also had lunch and dinner with several current employees along with attending a baseball game with several others who were interviewing.
