Fairly straightforward, had one phone interview to go over basic qualifications and background and two 30 minute virtual interviews with senior RM's/PM's. Had basic questions for culture/fit as well as mild technicals for basic bank knowledge and revenue streams, etc.

What are some of the ways a bank generates revenue?
They took a lot longer than they said to respond and expected you to be able to interview whenever they wanted with too short of a notice which made it hard to be able to perform your best. It felt very much like a corporate job and they did not give many genuine reponses until the zoom interview with the hiring manager.
