Slow, took about 2 months from the day I applied until the day I interviewed. I was an internal candidate so only had to go through one interview before I received an offer. The offer came roughly 3 months after the initial job application. I was offered literally the minimum amount of money possible based on the pay grade. I was told this salary was non-negotiable.
