I was initially contacted by a recruiter for a regional sales position. The process started with a telephone interview which led to a face to face in Cleveland. I had the opportunity to meet the EVP and head of the division. From there, the sales manager, head of underwriting and closing interviewed me in a round table fashion. The interviews lasted approximately two hours and then I was given an opportunity to meet with the credit and closing team and given a tour of the facility. I was immediately contacted by the recruiter with positive feedback and within a week offered the position.
