Phone Interview with recruiter followed by an online interview that recorded video responses to written questions. After competing the online interview, I was sent a personality test and was told to present a specific personality which I do not possess. The online portion was dehumanizing and strange. In 2 weeks, I talked to 0 actual human beings that worked at Keyence.

There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
