Keyence have a lengthy 4 stage interview process, including a video interview, mechanical test, initial interview and then a final in person interview that takes half a day and requires a presentation on one of their products.

The interview process was formal and professional whilst at the same time being immersive and insightful. All the interviewers were extremely helpful and it motivated me to pursue this role in the future.

Group Interview online and Mechanical Comprehension Test to do in own time, followed by an Assessment Centre including a presentation and roleplay task. If successful, I believe next step was another interview with a regional manager.
