Started off with an online problem solving test, then went on take part in an interview which involved generic questions. If successful, you will be asked to take part in a virtual assessment center, which again involved an interview, a presentation on why you would make a good sales engineer and a sales roleplay - "sell me a car". The final stage is an interview with two senior people in the organisation. This involved more in-depth questions about sales and your career aspirations. The interview finished off with another sales pitch, but the goal was to sell one of the items that Keyence sells, in my case it was a sensor. The interview process was very organised, the recruitment team and interviewers were very helpful and prompt with getting back to you and the whole recruitment process took no longer than 3 weeks. Overall a great experience, however I decided to join another company as the culture at Keyence wasn't quite right for me. They show a timetable of a "typical week", and this showed very long days (sometimes finishing at 8pm) as well as very strict sales targets you have to stick to. There were also some questionable clauses in the contract, therefore it is important to go through each one if you are successful.
