Keyence Technical Support Engineer interview questions

The interview process is very long and involved. It includes simulating cold calls, completing take‑home assignments, and preparing multiple presentations. By the third screening, I had already gone through a recruiter call and a presentation, only to be asked to do another one. Overall, the process felt excessive and resembled an MLM‑style screening approach rather than a standard hiring process.

They do a 1 day offline interview for freshers on campus. 4 rounds- 1 min interview, group discussion, roleplay round 1, final roleplay round. They have break out rooms where they manage to screen 1000+ candidates all over city (shortlisted in online process) in just 8-10 hours.
