After submitting cv, the next stage was a written research task which went well and they were accommodating with time as I was living abroad in a different time zone. Second stage was an interview. Absolutely shocking interviewer. Would not want to work at the firm based on this guy.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keystone Law (UK) (London, England)
Interview
Applied directly by sending the recruitment team a cover letter and CV. I was invited to an interview a few days later. The firm was very unprofessional on the day, no one was at the reception, had to wait around 15 minutes for the legal secretary to come and give me the 2 hour long tasks (a research task and proofreading a letter). I was then left waiting in a cold room for the interviewer (who was 20 minutes late) the interviewer was unpleasant, it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. He immediately went on to say that my experience was not what they’re looking for and ended the interview abruptly.
