The process consists of 4 rounds, I made it to the 3rd.
1st: 30 min recruiter screening, nice and friendly atmosphere. Leading through cv + basic HR questions
2nd: 1h hiring manager, relaxed, friendly conversation. Leading through cv + touching topics like self-service BI on the surface
3rd: 1.5h with hiring manager + external consultant. Some data modelling questions and use case, no deep dive, check for basic concepts, basic managment questions.
After each step it took around a week to hear back. Only negative aspect was that they didn't give any feedback besides the usual "we have better candidates" and ignored my mail asking for feedback.
