I only had the screening interview, but it was a really unpleasant experience. The interviewer would say the question quickly and get frustrated when I asked to him to repeat. He interrupted me mid-answer at a few different points. I understand a no-nonsense approach or a strategy to stress-test candidates, but given the current job climate—a bit of empathy and kindness would be really nice.
