I had to answer some general questions about my grades, test scores, and prior experience. They were interested in what subjects I was comfortable with, what age group, and which location would be comfortable for me. They made me teach a sample lesson and gave me feedback on how they want it to be done in the work place.

They ask if you are good with teaching. Have patience and willing to teach everytime you are there. You select what you want to specifically teach but you might not always get it and might need to teach anything and everything between 1-8th grade

Very straightforward. The interviewers ask about your background and then test you on your skills with a simulation lesson. They also give a tour of the place so you have an idea what the environment is like
