Lack of decisiveness:
After three technical rounds, the team mentioned they were still unsure and wanted to assess confidence through a culture-fit discussion with the CEO. The CEO discussion was very positive, with verbal indications that the feedback was favorable and would be taken forward by HR.
However, about a week later, HR communicated that the team was still unsure and decided not to proceed. Approximately one and a half months later, I was contacted again for an additional round (with SVP Growth) due to a new requirement, only to be rejected after receiving similar technical feedback.
